The reunion is from Friday to Sunday. However, if you choose to extend your vacation you may select the day(s) you are staying at the resort.

Transportation: Airport and Atlanta Excursions

Flying In: A $89 transportation pass will provide you with all your family reunion transportation needs for the weekend, including pick-up and drop-off from and to Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson Airport. Email your flight itinerary in advance to [email protected]


Local Transportation

You should purchase the local $50 transportation pass to ride the shuttles and charter throughout our excursions. It is best to stay together. Finding parking in Atlanta can be challenging and pricey.


Vans are parked at the hotel for reunion activities.

Weekend Meal Plan-add on to reunion ticket

Please note that outside food is not permitted within the resort premises. Additionally, the restaurant that is available within the resort might be pricey. The hotel stay does not include breakfast.


Your reunion ticket includes lunch and dinner expenses on Saturday. However, if you wish to have dinner covered for Friday, along with breakfast for Saturday and Sunday, then add-on the meal plan to include all your meals for the weekend. This will cover your meals for the entire weekend, including dinner on Friday, breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday.
